A Victorian London Winter.
Whistling winds echo through the streets
A modern ancient abyss covered white.
History muffled in mystery concrete
Covered. The ever-present light burns less bright.
Resiliently persistent it howls
Confused within the smog to burst above the clouds.
A white painted prison to stifle lights sight,
A rasping retainer to hold in the night.
Just a little something...

"One of US"
To think, beyond the mind's restriction.
To pass human constriction.
A new world exists for those who wish
To redeem and repent life.
To be a hero and strive
For God to offer a Lion's kiss
To the courageous coward jumping
To save others. Chest pumping.
Moral conscience slithers down the spine
Portrayed painful over time.
All was not lost, sunk. Strength seethed among
Tormented eyes nurtured numb.
Nursed through Love, Pride, Pain, Life. A man
Against shame. Romantic. "One of US".

The Unknown
Will I ever see the glittering balls
Dangling in the sky, suspending, shining
Gleaming amongst the dreaming unknown halls.
Where the almighty eyes speak, leak crying.
Beyond the horizon lives that other land
Where they craft the towering triangles
And the men move motionless in a tangle
To create the daunting wall, stopping man.
That roaring man tames the timid tortured beast.
They hold the beast in a city that never,
Never sleeps, a pulsating precious fruit, feast.
Buildings heavy, tall that God couldn't measure.
To delve in the world of wisdom and magic
To be taught and held in a world so tragic.
The red stone held in the sky protruding, proud
The eagles sing bowing, the ominous cloud.
Beyond the cloud lies the dark. Beyond the dark...? (Punctuation spoken)
Sustained, tainted, unstated calm and wasted
A blade dwells to be hugged, manipulated.
Passed that mark, beauty. An ascending lark.
Dangling in the sky, suspending, shining
Gleaming amongst the dreaming unknown halls.
Where the almighty eyes speak, leak crying.
Beyond the horizon lives that other land
Where they craft the towering triangles
And the men move motionless in a tangle
To create the daunting wall, stopping man.

Bathroom Tiles
Sludge and Mud stifles the hands from breathing.
They need to be cleansed by waters meeting
Upon that chalice of cream-covered coldness,
Where technology and nature boil as one.
The neat nurtured, sleek squares brazed by boldness.
A collision of centuries rise to a hum.
The rigidity, a ruthless repulsion
As race and rights are feared. Hopes for seclusion
Appear to smite and destroy in sake of Power…God.
Slavery. Is situated in the Heart
Of man. Massacre is beckoned to the Brain
As man rages signalling death with a nod.
The black unknown verses the holy light.
Which one to choose? The universal fight
Which continually endures. Ying verses
Yang an age old symbol conveyed through tiling.
One will dominate as it rehearses
Its role, conquering the other – crying.
There is always a victim that suffers.
As the Black Essence cascades down Brothers,
Whose stench utters festering breath from death.
No longer does Love and blood live in the Heart
Of man. Closes. Thought closes in the Brain
As man enters a journey. The final test.
Blackness of death, men wear Black suits
At funerals. We suffer decaying fruits
Of sorrow and sadness. Those who arrive smell
Of the bleak bleach, disinfected infection,
The corpse, decrepit hospitalised in hell.
As God and the World spit back bile, Rejection.
Baptised by the silver lace caressin’
Silkily Sludge and Mud and Blood and Sin.
Staring at the conflict of the floor my Heart
Beats. And I wander and ponder my depart
From this land. Where
we collide and the Brain,
Closes. Silent. Black and White, Who is to blame?

A Family's Blood
The Dark Hand lingers within the Black Nothing,
Allow you wispy weapons to tighten firm.
Thou hast taken with maleficent yearning.
My hungering heart wishes to return
The disgraceful, soul splintering, punctured hole.
For my mind swoons and staggers with vengeance.
The haze of rage renders my being out of control,
The Eternal Listening hears my utterance
"Let her fall, the wasted one. Let it be done."
T'was this being that bore this torn, tarnished child.
I was the serpent suckling at her breast!
And like a serpent I shall curl around her chest
Free my Father's honour from the barren Mother
Clytemnestra shall drop, dripping her royal blood.
